FLOATING ON A CLOUD…The kapok filling is fluffier and lighter than cotton filling. While traditionally used in conjunction with the ZAFU pillow in order to facilitate more comfort while meditating, the Zabuton can also be used for yoga. Please refer to your instructor for more information on using the zabuton as a yoga prop.
