It gets paired with heart rate monitor for fitness activities and displays steps, calories, distance and monitors sleep. vivosmart follows your progress 24/7, and it can stay on for 7 days without a battery charge. Each time you receive a text, email or call from your compatible Bluetooth device, vívosmart gently vibrates and automatically displays the information.
The vivosmart HR will monitor your rest while on sleep mode. Garmin Connect displays your total sleep hours as well as periods of movement and restful sleep via wireless sync using USB ANT+ Stick.
